AFIMALL City (Shopping mall)
AFIMALL City is a shopping and entertainment center, located in the core of Moscow City – the high-rise businessdistrict of Moscow. The AFIMALL CITY has a total area of 179,930 sq. m. and is the largest shopping andentertainment complex in central part of Moscow. The shopping gallery includes approximately 400 shops with a wide range of well-known international brands, some of which are entirely new to the Russian market.
AFIMALL City was open to the public in March 2011 and the Grand Opening took place in May 2011.
Four Winds (mixed-use residential/office development)
The centrally located Four Winds Complex consists of an elite residential building and a prime office building. The residential building has the total area of 41,364 sq. m., including parking.
The office building has the total area of 28,308 sq.m., including parking. Both buildings are completed. The office building is leased to top international institutional tenants, with Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Moody’s among them.
Aquamarine (mixed-use office, residential & hotel development)
The Aquamarine Complex, also known as the Ozerkovskaya Embankment development, is located in the heart of central Moscow, within walking distance from the Kremlin. It comprises four individual development projects referred to as Phases I, II, III and IV.
Phase I is a Class A office building with the total area of 12,788 sq. m., which was completed and sold in 2005.
Phase II is a mixed-use project, which includes residential apartments and a business class hotel in four separate blocks (total area 41,980 sq.m. including underground parking).
