AFIMALL City is a shopping and entertainment center, located in the central core of the "Moscow City International Business Centre " – a modern high-rise business district of Moscow. With a total gross buildable area of nearly 166,000 sq.m (excluding parking), and GLA of nearly 107,000 sqm, the project envisages a shopping gallery of nearly 400 shops and a number of additional outstanding leisure facilities, including an 11-screenmovie theatre. The shopping gallery includes a wide range of well-known international brands, some of which are entirely new to the Russian market.
AFIMALL City was opened to the public in March 2011 and the Grand Opening took place in May 2011. In December 2011 AFI Development acquired the underground parking beneath the shopping center, which, upon completion of its development, will include approximately 2,700 parking spaces.
Four Winds (prime office and elite residential complex)
The centrally located Four Winds Complex consists of a Class A office building (Four Winds Plaza) and an elite residential building.
Four Winds Plaza is one of the most prestigious recently built class A office buildings in central Moscow with a total area of about 28,000 sq.m., including parking. The building is leased to top international institutional tenants, with Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Moody’s among them.
The residential part is a modern elite residential building with total area of about 41,000 sqm. The building includes 113 apartments and a total of 261 parking spaces. It also contains a support retail zone as well as a fitness center.
Both buildings are completed, and the rights to the Complex have been sold on 2013.
The Aquamarine Complex, also known as the Ozerkovskaya Embankment development, is located in the heart of central Moscow, within walking distance from the Kremlin, in one of the most prestigious business areas of Moscow, within the Garden Ring. It comprises four individual development projects referred to as Phases I, II, III and IV.
Phase I is a Class A office building with the total area of 12,788 sq.m., which was completed and sold in 2005.
Phase II is a mixed-use completed project, which includes elite residential apartments and a business class 4 stars operating hotel in four separate blocks (total area 41,980 sq.m. including underground parking).
Phase III constitutes four Class A office buildings in their final stage of construction with a total area of about 79,000 sq.m., including underground parking. At the end of 2013 a transaction for selling one of the four buildings (with a total area of 11,000 sq.m and underground parking) has been completed.
The project consists of an office building with a total area of 1,864sq.m which was sold in March 2012.
