Tverskaya Mall (Shopping mall)
The Tverskaya Zastava project with total area 574,261 m² consists of seven mixed-use developments including office, retail and residential buildings, a five star hotel, and alterations of the local road network to increase the square's traffic flow in the area of the Belorusskiy Train Terminal.
Ozerkovskaya Embankment (Residences, Offices and Hotel)
The Ozerkovskaya Embankment development site comprises four individual development projects referred to as Phases I, II, III and IV. Phase I is a Class A office building with the total area of 12,788 m². It was completed and sold in 2005. Phase II is a mixed-use project including the Aquamarine-2 office building, residential apartments, and a business-class hotel. It is a 16,372 m² 9-story building including underground parking for 112 lots. Phase III will combine a Class A office building with 75,500 m² of apartments. Phase IV will redevelop an existing administrative building into a 30,820 m² Class A office center.
