Tzvia Leviev Elazarov - vice-president of marketing
Zvia Leviev Alazarov - Born in 1977, graduated from Bar-Ilan University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she also studied there management, marketing and advertising, and studied business administration at Tel-Aviv University. She is a member of the board of directors of Africa-Israel's daughter company Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. and is the acting chairman of the Anglo-Saxon Real Estate Agency Ltd. Since 1997 she has held a variety of managerial posts in Africa-Israel companies. Since 2000 she has been the residential division group's marketing director. Zvia Leviev Alazarov is active in Yad Sara a member of Bar-Ilan University's management committee.
Avi Barzilai, Vice President, Finance
Born in 1963, certified public accountant – Bar Ilan University graduate.
Fills the position of Finance Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of AFI Development PLC.
In addition, he also is the Finance Vice President of Africa Israel Properties Ltd.
In the past, he served in various positions in the Red Sea Hotel Construction Group and at Somech Heikin.
Jacques Zimmerman, Attorney, Company Secretary
Born in Brazil in 1968; attorney; received an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelors degree with honors in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Zimmerman is Secretary of the Africa Israel Investments Ltd. Group, which includes, among others, the publicly traded companies Africa Israel Hotels Ltd. and Danya Cebus Ltd., and serves as Director of the Group's companies, including Alon Israel Oil Company Ltd., Dor Energy (1988) Ltd., and companies in the Alon USA Group.
Yaron Harari, Internal Auditor
Born in 1968.
Graduated with a first degree in economics and accountancy from Bar Ilan University. Certified Accountant.
Holds position of head auditor of Africa Israel Investments Group, including in addition the public companies, Africa Israel Residential Properties, Africa Israel Properties, Africa Israel Hotels and Danya Cebus.
Previously held position of vice-internal auditor.
