In a new area of Savyon, Africa Israel offers the very last “build it yourself” lands: less than 200 lots – part of them intended for two-family buildings on lots of half a dunam lots (an eighth of an acre), and some one-dunam properties (a quarter of an acre) for one-family villas. This is the last land reserve in Savyon: about 500 dunams (125 acres) of land, with about 200 dunams of which (about 50 acres) intended to become public areas and open green areas.
