Management

Nadav Grinshpon, Chairman of the Board. 
Born Israel, 1972.  B.A. in Business Management and Accounting from the College of Management and also a CPA.  Serves as the CEO of Memorand Management Ltd. and other companies in the Leviev Group.  Previously Senior VP in a communications company in Eastern Europe and prior to that, head of the Economics Department at accountants, Zohar and Zohar.  Also serves as chairman and director of several of the Group's companies. 

Izzy Cohen, Director and CEO
Born 1951.  Married with four children.  Graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Statistics and Computer Studies. 
Appointed CEO of Africa Israel Investments following a career of more than 30 years in the insurance sector, during which he served in senior management positions in several companies.
Prior to his appointment, served for 10 years, starting in 1998, as CEO of the Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Group Ltd., Israel's largest insurance concern.  Concurrently, served as head of the International Innovation Laboratory of the parent Company – the European insurance and finance giant, Generali.  In this position, he was responsible for the work of the Group's international headquarters and its subsidiaries, initiating and developing forward-looking finance and insurance products and services in a variety of markets.  Previously served as CEO of the Magen and Migdal Insurance Companies, which merged into the Midgal Group
Currently CEO of Africa Israel Investments (the parent company) and chairman and a director of several of the Group's companies.

Avi Barzilai – VP and CEO, AFI Europe
Born 1963.  Accountant – Graduated in Accountancy at Bar-Ilan University
Served as deputy CFO of the Company and CFO of AFI Development PLC and as a member of the board of directors.  Also served as CFO Russia and CIS at Africa Israel Investments Ltd.
Previously held several positions in the Red Sea Hotels Construction Group and at Somekh Chaikin, Public Accountants.

Sharon Zaurbach –  Head of Commercial Property and infrastructure Devision
Born 1974, holds a graduate degree in Law and Economics (with distinction) from Bar-Ilan University.
Has a vast experience in project and infrastructure financing in Israel and abroad, in his last role he served as an advisor to the Ministry of Finance in most of the infrastructure tenders published by the state in the fields of desalination, construction and energy.
Prior to that, he served as an investment banker in ABN AMRO BANK in the fields of energy and infrastructure.
