AFI Palace Cotroceni (Commercial and offices)
AFI Palace Cotroceni, the largest mall in Romania, will cover a net commercial area of approximately 76,000 m² for rental, and will include a range of approximately 250 stores including trendy fashion houses, quality home wares and other goods, and international brands. Under one of the largest glass domes in Europe, the mall will feature the only IMAX cinema in Romania, entertainment and leisure space, and unique attractions including a 21-screen cinema. The second stage of the project will include 4 office buildings and a hotel, with an area of approximately 60,000 m², for rental.
AFI Golden Palace (Commercial)
The AFI Golden Palace is located within the prestigious AFI Golden City residential project, and provides opportunities for the entire region in the fields of commerce and entertainment. The mall will cover an area of approximately 20,000 m² net commercial space for rental.
AFI Golden City (Residential)
This project includes 5,300 apartments by the picturesque Grivita Lake to the northwest of Bucharest. Close to the main transport route, and to metro and tram stations, this project will create a modern residential community including a 30,000 m² mall, office space, hotels, various services, and entertainment and leisure facilities.
AFI Gardens (Residential)
This residential project is located in the Pipera neighborhood in the north of Bucharest, close to the new highway that will lead to the north of the country. This is, in effect, a town inside a city, with approximately 2,500 apartments, educational services, public buildings, and commercial space.
AFI Palace Arad (Commercial)
The AFI Palace Arad project, which is located in the center of the city of Arad, will include a mall, entertainment facilities, an office building, a hotel, and residential buildings. The mall will cover an area of approximately 49,000 m², and will include a supermarket, a gym, and of course the leading brands in the commercial and entertainment fields.
AFI Palace Ploesti (Commercial)
AFI Palace Ploesti, which is a new commercial and business development in Romania, is located in the center of the city of Ploesti, approximately 70 km north of Bucharest. The project is expected to include a shopping center of approximately 17,000 m², approximately 12,000 m² of office space, and a hotel.
