AFI Palace Cotroceni (Commercial and offices)
AFI Palace Cotroceni is one of the largest and newest shopping malls in Romania with GLA of 74,475 sqm, offering a wide variety of retail segments. The mall’s tenants include popular and high-end fashion chains, as well as electrical and home appliance shops, cosmetics and optics shops, a drugstore and a food court. The shopping mall is located near the Cotroceni Presidential Palace, in west Bucharest, sector 6, at the junction of Timisoara Boulevard and Vasile Milea Boulevard, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
AFI Golden City (Residential)
AFI Golden City is a large-scale residential project in Bucharestii Noi, approximately 10 kilometres from the city centre of Bucharest. The project is planned to consist of approximately 4,800 apartments, near-by AFI Palace Bucharest – the commercial project currently being developed by AFI Europe.
AFI Palace Ploesti (Commercial)
On a land plot of 40,000 sqm in the city of Ploiesti AFI Europe plans to develop a commercial project consisting of retail and office space. Ploiesti is located approximately 60 kilometres north of Bucharest. The land plot is located in the north eastern part of the town, with good transportation links from the city centre.
