Soleville (Mixed use)
Soleville is a large-scale residential project in the quiet Plavnieki neighbourhood, 20 minutes from the city centre of Riga. The project is planned to comprise of approximately 2,000 apartments in several multi-floor buildings, alongside essential amenities to its residents, including kindergartens and recreation areas.
