Palace Pardubice (Commercial)
AFI Palace Pardubice is the largest and only modern shopping mall in the centre of Pardubice, with GLA of approximately 20,493 sqm. The mall has two retail floors with approximately 100 shops and an underground parking. With a wide variety of retail segments, together with several restaurants, cafés, a children’s area, an eight-screen cinema complex and a casino, AFI Palace Pardubice serves also as an entertainment centre for the city of Pardubice and its vicinity. In addition, the mall includes a convention centre that hosts conferences and events with up to 600 participants.
Palace Pardubice is located on Masaryk square, a short distance from the historic centre and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
Classic 7 Business Park (Commercial)
Classic 7 Business Park is an office complex comprising three office buildings with an aggregate GLA of 18,298 sqm. The exterior of two of the buildings, which served as an early-20th century flour mill, was preserved during the renovation process allowing the project to exhibit a mixture of modern and historical architecture. An adjacent area of 7,720 sqm is designated for the development of the next phases of this project.

Tulipa Madranske Rokle (Residential)
Tulipa Modřanská rokle is a modern residential complex located in the Modřany neighborhood of Prague 12, near-by one of the city’s natural parks. This project won the 1st prize in the competition „Fasade of the Year 2009“, which was held by one of the Czech real estate magazines
Tulipa Rokytka (Residential)
Tulipa Rokytka is a residential project in Prague 9, near-by the Rokytka and Podviní parks and within a short walk from the closest underground station.
The first phase of the project, with 86 apartments and parking, was completed in 2009, and its next phase will consist of two buildings with a total of 92 apartments.
Tulipa Vokovice (Residential)
AFI Vokovice is a high-end residential project planned to be constructed in Prague 6, close to the Divoka Sarna National Park, approximately 15 minutes drive from the city centre. The project is planned to comprise 124 apartments in 5 buildings. Part of the project will include the cultural preservation of two historical buildings on the project site.


Broadway Palace Park (Commercial)
Broadway Palace comprises three office buildings, retail space and an underground theatre which hosts musical and theatre performances, with a total GLA of 8,934 sqm and with an open passage entrance through office and retail units.
Broadway Palace is located in the centre of Prague (Prague 1) on Na Přikopé Street, near Wenceslas Square. This area serves as one of Prague’s most prestigious shopping districts with a number of department stores, boutiques, restaurants, cafés and bars.
D8 European Park (Commercial)
D8 European Park is a logistics warehouse and light industry park with a total GLA of 20,939 sqm. The park offers numerous services, including 24 hour on site security, landscaping, maintenance and repairs, snow removal, public transportation links and waste collection. The project occupies a site of 68,900 sqm.
D8 European Park is located in the district of Melnik Kozomin, at Exit 9 of the D8 motorway which links Prague and Berlin, approximately 14 kilometres from Prague.
Evropska Business Center Park (Commercial)
Evropska Business Centre is an office complex which includes two office buildings with a total GLA of 4,918 sqm, which were completely reconstructed to offer modern conveniences while maintaining a historical charm.
Evropska Business Centre is located on the Evropská Street – one of the main traffic arteries of Prague, connecting the city centre and Prague International Airport.
