Bulgaria
This business park, located at the entrance to the well-known tourist city of Verna, on the shores of the Black Sea, today covers an area of approximately 43,000 m², and includes office space, commercial space, and warehouses, as well as modern, independent telecommunications infrastructure. In addition to the three buildings that are currently occupied, for the most part by well known international companies, the park is carrying out development work in order to expand its facilities. When the development work is complete, the park will comprise an area of approximately 200,000 m² of office space, commercial space, and entertainment and hotel facilities.
