Established in 2001, AFI Development Plc (hereinafter – AFI Development, or the Company) is a publicly-traded subsidiary of AFI Group. In May 2007 the Company was successfully admitted to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and in July 2010 it obtained premium listing status from the UK Listing Authority. AFI Development focuses on developing and redeveloping high quality commercial and residential real estate projects across Russia, with Moscow being its’ main market. One of the key projects of the Company is AFIMALL City – one of largest shopping centers in Russia (and in Europe), located in the high-rise business district of Moscow – the Moscow City.
